Martinez Irrigation offers a full compliment of Lawn Maintenance services including, lawn mowing, lawn trimming, edging, tree pruning & removal, yard cleanup, storm debris removal and sod installation, removal & re-sod.
We offer a lawn mowing service, where we’ll visit to cut your grass weekly from April until October and bi-weekly from November until March, or bi-weekly year-round. We also string trim areas we can’t reach with our mowers, edge along where the grass meets hard surfaces and blow debris off hardscapes for a clean appearance.
We offer a yard cleanup service which includes reshaping your landscape beds, tree pruning, trimming your plants and seasonal removal of leaves and debris. We are also available for storm debris removal when your yard needs cleanup after a tropical storm or hurricane has passed through our area.
Whether you have a new home where you need to lay sod, or you have an existing yard with dead areas of grass, we can help you. For new home construction we can plan and layout the sod, as well as install proper irrigation so your investment isn’t wasted. For existing homes we can carefully extract the dead areas of grass and then re-sod the area, while at the same time addressing the issues that caused your grass to die.
For flower beds and other areas alongside your home, we also offer various mulch and rock options to satisfy different preferences. We will carefully remove the grass or old mulch, in the area where you wish to install the new mulch or rock. We will then lay down landscape fabric to help control weeds or grass from growing through your mulch or rock.
